Role Description: Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills: Customer Service Operations, Web Application troubleshooting skills(Backend, Frontend , Database)
Good to have skills: Web application knowledge
Minimum 2-4 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or anything similar.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service to ensure customer service operations are running smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical/IT support to customers and resolve their issues related to customer service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Ensure customer service operations are running smoothly by monitoring and maintaining the systems.
- Document and communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Perform analysis of the functionality of software applications and suggest significant improvements.
- Must be capable of managing customer queries by querying data sources, monitoring infra and performance, and documenting all configuration changes.
- Enhanced knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages. They include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python.
- AWS Knowledge would be good to have.
