Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Manager to lead the quality engineering efforts for our SaaS-based products. The ideal candidate will drive quality strategy and execution across our multi-tenant cloud platform, ensuring product reliability, performance, and scalability. You will lead a high-performing team of QA engineers (manual and automation), work closely with product and engineering teams(US and India), and play a critical role in delivering high-quality, secure, and stable releases to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and best practices for SaaS environments.
Build and manage a team of QA engineers; mentor, guide, and grow talent across manual and automated testing.
Own the test lifecycle including test planning, case creation, execution, automation, and reporting.
Ensure robust test coverage for functional, performance, security, regression, and scalability aspects.
Champion test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration for faster and more reliable releases.
Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts based on defects and incidents.
Establish and track key QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, release quality) to monitor product health.
Maintain quality standards across environments—staging, UAT, and production—through structured QA gates.
Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS QA tools, techniques, and standards, and bring innovation into the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
8+ years of professional experience in software testing across the complete SDLC.
